You’ll learn a **floor-based routine designed to be 8-inch heel friendly**, combining movement, transitions, shapes and attitude into a fun choreography you can really make your own. Perfect for anyone wanting to build confidence with floorwork, sharpen their movement and add some extra sass to their repertoire. **What to bring:** Kneepads are highly recommended, plus a drink to keep you hydrated. Heels are welcome if you want to bring them. Come ready to move, learn and have some fun.
